This review is for Light Up Women Tutu Skirt Polka Dots Tulle Dance Skirts LED Sparkly Tutu Adult Elastic Tutus for Party Costume (Black). It’s cute, but looks as inexpensive as it is. The skirt is three layers – two of plain black tulle and one more on top with the sequins. You definitely have to wear something under it (as all the photos show) because you can see right through those three layers. There is one row of lights sort of oddly draped between the first and second layers. I’m a size 18 and it did fit, which surprised me. The waistband was a bit tight, but not so much as to be uncomfortable and the skirt was full. The description as a “costume” is completely accurate, and I will enjoy it at Halloween and if there is another occasion when I need a funky lighted costume tutu. More lights would be better and I don’t think it would last for too many occasions. But, again, it was quite inexpensive, and I’d say, worth the price of $8.99. I’m giving it five stars as it is what was described and works.
