TR-687-CB Men’s 5″ Lightweight Track Short with Side Panels and Inner Brief

Running in the south Florida summer is brutal with the heat and humidity. I’m not willing to sport a 2″ inseam, so I’m looking at all the 5″ shorts. Have been trying on every type and brand of “running shorts” currently on hand at sporting goods and running stores. Recently got one pair that cost $50. They performed very well but begin to stick to my skin after 5 miles. Once that happens, it’s too distracting. These Track Shorts were a long shot online purchase; but for $13, I was willing to give it a shot. GLAD I DID! They are absolutely PERFECT. The most lightweight product out there, no pockets of any kind, not even a drawstring. The mesh inner is supportive enough and the waistband is very comfortable. I don’t even feel these on my body even after 10-milers in the highest humidity. Even got caught in a storm and had zero clinging. I now have a dozen performance running shorts sitting idle in the drawer. I’m ordering a few more pairs of these (all at less than the cost of one single pair of the name brands) to get through the worst parts of summer. Do not hesitate to give these a try.
